Questions

What exactly is behind the paywall?

Four things: the files (court documents, the mortgage and assignments, orders and certificates), our analysis, the risk underwriting (surviving liens, total risk, equity, suggested max bid), and the printable report with estimated repairs and current taxes. Everything describing the case (parties, dates, amounts, auction results, property facts, the risk rating) stays free so you can decide which cases are worth unlocking.

Does a $5.99 purchase expire?

No. The case stays unlocked on your account, including documents the bots add to it later.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes, from your account page through the Stripe billing portal. Access continues to the end of the paid month.

Are these certified copies?

No. They are copies of public records retrieved from the Clerk and other agencies. Each document links to its official source if you need a certified copy.
