## Process facts for Hillsborough County
Foreclosure sales are held online at hillsborough.realforeclose.com every weekday at 10:00 AM Eastern. Bidders other than the plaintiff post a 5% deposit. A certificate of sale issues after payment; objections may be filed within 10 days; a certificate of title then transfers ownership. Surplus funds are governed by Florida Statute 45.032. Tax deed sales are separate, held Thursdays.
